The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals today issued
an Order remanding Clint Young’s case to the trial court to resolve the due process violation when false and misleading testimony was introduced at his trial. The execution date of October 26, 2017 is stayed. Applicant’s motion to stay his execution is granted.
